they think they understand, but they really have no idea. ask them, if this is the way it has to be, how can i possibly go on and they ask you if you're getting enough exercise. i try to tell her about my mother and she looks like she's going to cry or try to hug me. once she put me on antipsychotic that i had a bad reaction to and ended up in the hospital. sometimes she convinces me to take what i call zombie drugs and for the longest time i thought i had to do what everybody told me to, with the medications and stopped taking the ones i hated.
