Well in this picture she looks very sleepy.

But yeah, while her eyes don't have a vibrant color, they do have a look of character.

mhm. her eyes change color. sometimes they're blue and sometimes they're green. i think its really cool, personally. they can also be brighter or duller. blue (ish) eyes are interesting like that

You'll have to get pictures of this.

My only guess is that the light could change the pigmentation of her irises, kind of like tanning, but dynamically changing I can't imagine. That would be like if someone's skin color changed before your eyes. It's the same substance.

Though lighting can make certain colors seem different.

Hard to say what's behind it.

I used to have blonde hair, but eventually it turned brown over the years, and that's different and has to do with gene expression.

my hair did the same thing! and i'd guess light, probably. just like florescent lighting and natural lighting can make a person's skin and hair look different...
