When you do the comic pages, what canvas size do you use?

I preset in A4. The size in pixels varies from one art software to another tho. When I do a chapter cover, I do it directly in Clip Studio Paint, and it's 2480X3508p. And for pages with panels, I create the file in Medibang (just to do the panels, then I export it to open in CSP to draw), and there it's 2893X4092p. Some time ago, I found out that I could export it smaller, so I do it (30% of the original size) to pollute less, cuz less heavy on the Internet. Cuz yes, we can polute less by changing our habits online, I saw that on Youtube X)

If you mean if he's a child created to medically help his brother, then yes X) I don't have enough knowledge about it, but I got the idea from a series XD And here it's a fictive illness, and I figured out how it works, so I'll just go with these bases I imagined lmao
