Love the background on this one - not sure about the petal on the bottom coming out of two frames...

I made a little change to the frame and I think I like it better. See what you think.

You know I liked it at first and then after I posted it there was something that just wasn't right and it has been bugging me. I also think it might be a bit to big for the frame. Gonna have to see what I can do to revise it. It's all a learning experience. Thanks for the comment Cindy.

NP - I like the bigness of it - I think that part works well. And I love your work - please let me know if I cross over the lines of politeness by making negative comments. Being that we are on the internet and all communication is rather 2 dimensional, I tend to be a bit shaky about saying anything more than, "That's so pretty!" But if that was all the feedback we artists ever got, I cannot see how we would grow. I never want to offend and always want to encourage growth.

Yes - everything, all the time, everywhere! We are always learning, unless we're dead, eh?

This has been a public service announcement...

Thank you so much for your input. I agree, we can't grow without honest, constructive input. Keep it coming. I appreciate it.

Love that framing Candace. Daylily is beautiful but I've been enjoying how several of you do that coming out of the frame effect. Some day I'll find time to learn how to do that!!!!

I have the program suggested by Alice just can't find the time to really learn to use it - some day.

Neighbors have been giving us greens out of their garden for freezing and lots of canning, and baking then freezing going on. Very time consuming but I love it, it's also taking a lot of time away from here.

I miss it (DA) but priorities - -

Oh I bet there are good smells coming from your house:

There was, right now I'm just preparing peaches to freeze so not much scent to that

I did get 6 cases of spiced peaches done and I lost count of the pies baked and frozen. Figured out making baked peach turnovers that were pretty good (like fried better but - - ).

Then my neighbor gave me all kinds of greens - they got tired of putting them up and told me to come and get them (that didn't smell so good).

My husband keeps wanting to raid my efforts and I'm holding him back for the most part, if he had his way there wouldn't be any come next spring

Know what you mean. I got one with an awful sweet tooth in my house. One Christmas Fred ate almost all the butter tarts right out of the freezer without me knowing. I went down to get some for company and there was only about a dozen left. He was not in my good books.

Definitely a time to be annoyed, but on the other hand they must have been good. Mine doesn't attack the freezer (except for ice cream) only the frig or cabinets. I've been known to hide things I want to use later - one does what one has to do

I've hidden Christmas baking in our 5th wheel trailer. He would never think to look in there in the winter.

We had a platform bed in our 5th and I stashed stuff under my side of the bed, but we were living in it at the time. Never thought about it otherwise.

Love the idea but we don't have it any more.
