To HR:Hire a new overnight security guard for the doll factory. And do a better screening this time. We need someone who is going to take the job seriously. This was the fifth security guard we hired who left his post in the middle of his shift and never came back.
Don't worry. There are breathing and feeding tubes in the suit and mask. The letter to HR is just for deniability.

Does the hairpiece have a special wig cap on the inside that bonds to the adhesive being squirted on his head?

So instead of glue, maybe use a mask that snaps and locks into place once it's placed on victim's head. Even high-powered magnets on the edges of the mask halves would keep the face plate from dislodging and sliding off. I think in your art universe, humans should use glue and robotic assemblers should employ non-adhesive methods to encase their feminized subjects. Think of how JARVIS and FRIDAY assemble Tony Stark's armor on top of his body and all the snapping and locking sounds the quick transformation makes.
