Helpful might not be the best way to describe it. But Icarus is often trying to cheer others up when they're in a bad mood, Or helping out with things whether he's happy about it or not. He'll never say no if one of his higher-ups asks him to do something. He feels as if it is his responsibility to be the 'peacekeeper' during some fights, And will often be trying to brighten others' days.

He may not particularly enjoy meeting other cats, At least not all the time, But he makes sure to be on his best behaviour at all times. He had picked this up from his parents most likely, Always allowing others to do something first and making sure to grab an extra mouse if he's going to see another cat.

Icarus isn't the sort of cat to run right up to strangers and start making conversation. He isn't very outgoing and when he sees another cat, He will often just walk by them without a word or any kind of acknowledgement. Icarus won't usually go out of his way to interact with others, Especially strangers, Though he doesn't mind if someone approaches him first.

Often the one to point out interesting things, Icarus has a good eye for anything out of the usual. He likes taking in details about things and sometimes tries to memorize certain things like how many stripes he can count on somebody's pelt, or an old snake hole that would probably go unnoticed by other cats. If he is bonded enough with another cat, He'll point things out to them that he's noticed and thinks they'd like. This might get annoying, Which is why it's pretty much reserved for his best friends.

Icarus is usually a quite cat and would rather watch than join in. He doesn't talk to others too often and you would never describe the young tom as 'chatty'. He prefers silence to noise and finds many cats annoying if they try to speak about unimportant things.

Though he tries to keep his mouth shut most of the time if his opinion isn't needed, He does sometimes get a little too ticked off and even a bit snappy at the worst of times. He most likely has picked this attitude up from his father, Who also has a bit of a history of snapping at others.

Icarus doesn't always get things done the way he hopes, Which may be due to the fact he's always taking a look at the scenery or thinking something up, Rather than watching where he steps. [Written appearance:] Icarus is a rather tall, Quite adorable tom, With rough ginger fur striped partly with darker brown tabby stripes (Face, legs + tail). He has fairly large bat-like ears, And a bit of a furry chin. His markings are fairly symmetrical. Icarus has a bushy tail and big, bright green eyes.

[Fur Length + Texture:] Medium length fur, Kind of scruffy and very rough/dry.
[Size | Build:] A bit tall, But other than that, Fairly average build.

[Pre-group history:]

[Before birth:]
His father, The ambitious yet cold leader and founder of the Kylfu guild, Had practically always wanted kits of his own. More paws for the guild was always at the top of his to-do list. Though he didn't have kits until at least three seasons after he had become mates with the beautiful Gwynevere. The two had met while Demetri was patrolling his borders and Gwyn gladly joined his guild. The two cats over time developed a bond and of course, In the end, Confessed to each other - Shocked but of course happy to hear, That the other cat returned their own feelings. A while later, They announced their little ones were on the way at last.

Summary:
• Gwynevere and Demetri meet.
• Gwynevere joins the Kylfu Guild.
• After time Demetri becomes quite smitten with her, And vice-versa.
• The two become mates.
• Seasons later they have kits together.

[Kithood:]
Icarus had a fairly peaceful kithood. He felt a little like a misfit, And was different from his siblings in that he was not as much of a troublemaker as they were together. Instead he spent most of his time with his parents, Especially his father, As well as often sneaking out when by himself just to take walks and find out more about the territory. He never got very far. When he was about four months old, A huge storm hit the forest and took a lot of the camp's wall down, Which gave the young tom the opportunity to sneak out more often (it's difficult to guard the camp's entrance when there's several of them!). Sadly for him it got rebuilt enough to keep him in within a moon.

Another time, That Icarus may never forget, Is the time he saw many dogs throughout the course of a moon or two. It intrigued the young tom that dogs had such variety in their builds, sizes and colours. Most of the cats he knew weren't awkwardly smaller than him or intimidatingly tall. But the thing about most of these dogs was that while they made Icarus laugh with their barking and chasing one another, Some were extremely unkind to cats and would often chase him up trees. Luckily for him, and the rest of the forest cats, They seemed to clear out after a short time.

As Icarus grew, He was able to go further and further from home, And now at almost a year old he has often left the territory even. He likes to sit atop fences and judge humans walking by. He believes they are not as intelligent as his own species, And will often follow them curiously only to find that they are going too deep into the city for his liking, or returning to their homes where dogs yapped and yapped at him. Of course, He'd never get too close to humans or ever let them take him into their homes, But he likes to see what they're up to in their spare time. He finds their odd lifestyles interesting.

Summary:
• Icarus is was a bit of a loner as a kit and often stuck with the older cats.
• He is quite the adventurer now and will leave the territory from time to time.

[RP Example:] Icarus looked around at the scenery, Jaw gaping; The sun shone brightly through the flowering trees, Making the greens, Yellows and browns of the forest dance together in the most interesting way. This was what made spring the small kit's favourite season. Well... That, Coupled with the fact that it was the only season he'd known, Being only a few months old. He squinted his bright green eyes, Trying to imagine what the forest would look like with no leaves or flowers, Covered in a blanket of white. The young tom had only heard of snow from his guildmates, But it sounded like an extraordinary phenomenon. He grinned, Turning around to head back to the guild's camp. And hopefully this time, Nobody had noticed his few minutes of absence.
