Well I would like to say it's my mad skillz.. but it just happened. I used a 70-300mm Nikkor lens with VR Gen 1. I can't remember if I put it on active.
This is also a crop, as I followed the whole animal and it was behind a fence and some bushes, but the head was sharp.
I have a similar shot of a Bush Dog, but since it's not a familiar species, people didn't recogise it as species typical behaviour and see it as an ugly blurry dog I guess.
It's unprocessed on my website. I haven't updated that site in ages, but it made a couple of thousand pounds. Sadly the trick in ads is to mix the good with the mediocre (so people get drawn away from the content), so not all pictures are brilliant.
