Just a quick drawing of a female I did for practice. I don't draw them often enough cause I worry about looking like some hard up fanboy drawing his own geek porn all the time. (Comic Book swimsuit issues are lame.)Anyway, this is the 5th Photoshop coloring job I believe. Getting better, I think.

the edges all look kind of fuzzy to me. If you drew your line art and then scanned it, the problem is that you stretched it bigger than you initially scanned it, if that isnt the case, then i'm not sure what's going on, but it deffinately looks pretty pixelated to me.
Looking at this i'm getting more and more sure you scanned that line art in, be sure to always put your line art layer on the bottom, with the color layers on multiply, or the other way around, as long as the top layer is on myltiply, because you have some thin little white borders on your lines, in places where it really doesnt look good. (particularly in the thin lines on her coat)
Pose looks good, so does the color, just watch the little things.
