If I were him, I would not have treat Fluttershy like some robot, if I would see her in real life but with cartoon style, she's a living thing and her stains on her coat looks really dirty. We will all take care of her like a stray needs help and care.

I, honestly think there should be choices on what to say, like the monkey island series.
There should be choices on the player's background, and profession as I think it can lead to a more personalised story rather then giving a scripted feel to it.
Imagine something like mass Effect, only in 2D.

Wasn't really commenting on that. I like the animation.
I was thinking more along the lines of "after you reach some final milestone in Pixelshy, you discover that she was a robot all along" as some sort of plot twist.
