Same could apply with Sir. Hiss really.
And I totally agree with upon Captain Gator and Randall Boggs too.

I hate how studios continue to ignore Randall fans like they mean nothing to them for Randall to tell his side of the story, and the truth is that Pixar never wanted to make Randall a bad guy in the first place until Michael Eisner intervened. Now look at the crap they throw at him in non canon versions in a graphic novel, ride attraction, and video game, returning as a cliché, predictable, overused black and white villain out for revenge just because he is a 'pure evil villain' only wanting money and power, but that is ridiculous rubbish. Nothing has changed, not even when you play KH3 and he is still treated as a black and white pure evil villain because the story/plot demands it and use only half truth about who was behind the conspiracy, leaving Waternoose out of it like he did nothing wrong and was an innocent victim, which he is not. He was the one who used Randall as a pawn and kept silent about the machine while keeping the monsters in the dark about the truth of children being toxic to cover his tracks, which we don't know how long he was doing this...two and a half years probably, according to what Roz mentioned. Randall needs to have his side of the story told, but I fear nobody ever wants to listen to him because...he's a villain. I also saw the clues of the bad blood between Randall, Mike, and Sully when it came to the locker room and the scare floor where they scared children. Like that disapproving face Sully game after Mike said "One of these days I'm really gonna let you teach that guy a lesson" as if thinking for him to stop chewing Randall out like that and there wouldn't be so much bad blood between them. Or in the scare floor part where it seemed as if Mike was always rubbing Sully's success in Randall's face as if showing that no matter how hard he tries, nothing will ever be good enough for Randall to gain respect and appreciation because second place scarers mean nothing to anybody.

My opinions on the ones I have seen and know of:
10.) Kingdom Hearts 2 kind of toyed with the idea a bit.
9.) I have thought the same things of them and Mojo too.
8.) The end of the books seems to show he was capable of change, just like with Dudley.
6.) I had encountered some ideas people have made on developing him more, more development would have helped make him worthy of reform.
5.) Honest John and Gideon literary counterparts were FAR more worse in the book the movie was based on, here they seemed more (not completely though) like simple hustlers trying to make their way in the world as opposed to downright villains and I found a good fic involving their reform (want to see?)
2.) I totally agree with this one.
1.) I can totally see it happening, in addition to the basis there is empty space for development which the creators likely put for us to exploit.

I agree with with this list and much more. Many villains aren't exactly fully evil and also many are in the Noble Demons, F in Evil, Evil has standards and other similar tropes.
Even minions of villains could and should reform in many cases.

Poor Klump and Krusha can't even stand their King's regime these days.
At least sometimes anyway.

I think Klump and Krusha should become good guys since they're more friendly towards the Kongs.

Even K. Rool in the cartoon has some good moments too. And yeah, Klump and Krusha should definetely reform. I didn't really like how they made Krusha pure evil in that one episode where his brain supposedly got knocked in place and tried to trap Diddy and Dixie on a minecart with a bomb.
I don't really like that backstory tbh. If his brain was in place, I'd like it if he could have chosen to be good on his own free will like Klump and not because of his brain being in the wrong place.

I haven't seen that episode, but even though I dislike the idea of Krusha being completely evil if he was smart, somehow it reminds me of the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog episode Grounder the Genius where when Grounder was given a chip that increased his brain capabilities, he became much more evil than Dr. Robotnik that he even intended to usurp him and lock him up. And yeah, although King K. Rool in the video games was sadistic and threatening, he is comical in the cartoon.

My opinions on the ones I like and know:
10.) Might be interesting to see, but the three would have to work to gain favor with Simba.
9.) Not sure how it would work, but oh well..... (shrugs)
8.) Well, I can totally see it, given how he is a productive citizen at the end.
7.) Clearly he was not prosecuted, so who knows....?
2.) There is likely a good chance for it.
1.) I can see it happening, he has the basis already there.
