Description Yay for details I never drew feathers like this...it took quiet a long time, but this time was definitely not wasted
It's the angel of death from Hellboy II...and I haven't seen the movie lately, so there will be some "mistakes" for sure.

And again no ref used, so tell me what you think and what I did wrong...

I have never seen the movie, so I can't see the mistakes, but I love the details, I think the whole drawing looks great!
( you should do a dark background or not I don't know)

That's really good for using no references. Death and Prince Nuada were the whole reason I wanted to watch the movie in the first place. The eyes on the wings design was so freaking awesome when I first saw the preview. Personally, I like that you didn't use a reference. It allowed more for you to portray what you saw of her, rather what was there. So, no wrongs in my book. Nice take on Death.
