Sure. :3 Just make sure you give credit to me in your description (if you post them), and everyone who uses the icons has to give credit to me (if you want them to give credit to you as well for the coloring, that's fine) in their signatures.

Well, Paint doesn't work too well with this one due to my style of lineart, but if you have a program with layers and/or brushes with effects such as Multiply, then you can color over the lines and still see them.
