In the Mass Effect universe human lifespan is 150 + years, and if cerberus rebuilt shepard the exact way she was, she is just 39 - 44, in a 150 year lifespan similar to ~ 31-35.

I actually tried morphing Femshep and Liara with a couple of programs, but it just looked awful. I could try this FaceMorpher to see what it can produce. Thanks for the tip.
