good question, i'm not sure if such events have been organized to invite them. they are mostly poor and in remote villages.

sounds excellent, cuz im planning on getting the traditional method of tattooing done anywhere i go to where it applies: japan, hawaii, thailand, nz, etc. im a total tattoo geek
