Is there anything I can change or add? What do you expect in the next page?
I know that many of you haven't read Eragon in a while, but I'm willing to change things to suit what you think would work best, I want this comic to work, I want this to be a comic everyone likes. Your impute is valuable to me
Update: Sorry I haven't posted the 2nd page, I've been long working on other things, but I'll try and come back to this.

I imagined his hair to be shorted, and I think durza's skin it not as pale as it should be

I wish:
He looked more icky-ish, ie. not quite so clean shiny hair.
Could the hair be more matted and short? Please?

I'm working on a referance picture of him where he looks creepy and thin, I really haven't shown his face just yet, just parts of it.
I'm not sure about short hair, I made it long to help serve the creepy/icky factor in later panels, that'll be coming up. I'll make several referance pictures and see what people like.
His hair was discribed as blood-red or maroon, so I tried to be loyal to it, I'm glad you at least like the color.
Still the best part of the page in my opinion.

I'm still working on concept designs for the page, and Arya isn't all that easy to draw with the little description of her that's in the beginning. The horses I'm having some trouble with since I've never drawn horses before, but at least itβs coming together.

I'm not such a great artist, so I can't give you any tips about that and I think you're doing this quite well, so I don't need to say anything, but you could add a link to the next page (as soon as it gets out) in the description, below all the other stuff... it would make it easier to follow the series...

Thanks, I think his hair was the funnest part to color.

I wish:
The trees had limbs,
that Durza's head wasn't so short in the second panel,
and that (in the same panel) we saw more of his clothing besides a heap of cloak.
I like:
His pointed nose,
His grin in the last panel,
And the glowing Urgal eyes--also in the last panel.
I love:
Durza's hair color (I know it's supposed to be red anyway, but I like that you actually made it red instead of carrottop red),
The background in the fourth panel,
The 'shhhh' in the first panel,
and the breeze swirls in the second panel.
However, your style is magnificent so far, and especially perfect for the Inheritance Cycle.

Thank you, I'll work on that.
When I made this, trees werenβt easy for me to draw, so I mainly drew the trunks. (It irritates me now since I later found out that all the trees are evergreens)
I still have small problems with human anatomy, I tend to make people's heads overlarge, so I shrunk Durza's but I'll refrain from that in the future. Also, the prolog isn't too descriptive with what he has on and I'm trying to put together something elaborate yet suit him.
I'll try and add more cool effects you'll enjoy.
Is there anything that you'd like to see in particular while I'm making this?

As to what I'd like to see in the next one, perhaps a big, close-up of of Durza ordering the urgals to strike, or maybe Arya and her companions (Faolin and Glemwing, if I recall) just riding oblivious, then their horses suddenly flinch foretelling the ambush

What do I expect in the next page? Personally I expect to see Durza tells his urgals to get ready, and then Arya and her guardians on their horses coming toward Durza's ambush. Anyway, I can't wait to see the second page!

The way the drawing is going, it seems like that part will be split into two new pages, or I just might leave out the part about an owl because it kind of prolongs the encounter unnecessarily , that and I'm not sure how well I draw owls...So it might just be squeezed into one pageβ¦
