Sort of a continuation of this. asked me if Phoenix was an actual OC of mine, and I said, "No, but I'll design him if you want ).

So here's Phoenix. He's the one who did the graffiti on the wall

He looks like he'd be a toughie (and he is...), but on the inside, he's just a little boy who had to live with his drunkard father When he felt down in the dumps, he'd draw...and draw...and draw some more, until he couldn't remember why he was upset in the first place. Now that he's older, he lives in a shabby, run-down apartment and works at a local warehouse. He still draws from time to time, including vandalizing the nearby law offices In his free time, he hangs out at a local bar, enjoying the peace. Despite being a heavy smoker, he still retains a smooth, silky voice.

He met Ash one night when he was just leaving the bar. He had just lit up when he noticed a group of guys harassing a young woman with bright red hair. Always being one to stick up for what's right, he said calmly told the harassers to leave her alone. They simply laughed and began to corner him. Annoyed by their arrogance, he sighed and flicked his cigarette into the nearest man's eye. After a quick fight resulting in Phoenix's only injury as a split lip, he walked over to where Ash was, offered his hand to help her up, and said, "Hello. My name is Phoenix, what's yours?"

This took a little longer to do, because I decided to re-do it
