Aren't they CUTE?!? O_O (Yup, more Dragon Knights fanart)Full view it people!
Where does my mind come up with these corny ideas? Pretty much, the dragon officers as, well, dragons! And chibi dragons at that! ^.^ I wasn't using any Okami reference as I drew this so they might not really look like the duel dragons, maybe they're more like the darnas?
Maybe it's Kaistern's fault that they became darnas, that's why Alfeegi is yelling at him. And then the darna mind has completely taken over Ruwalk's brain o_O oh noes!
I can hear him saying "play with me! play with me! *tugtug*" Like a my little pony pony -.-; (it show's that I'm high on sugar now, doesn't it?)
Why doesn't Alfeegi have wings? The same reason Ruwalk has no feet! *gasp* When I was coloring this I had a hard time imagining Kaistern as dark blue, that's why he's light blue.
Ah yes, finally a chance to practice some cell-shading! This picture was meant to be simple, so that's how it is. In fact, Betty just pointed to me right now (and I mean as I'm typing this right now) that there's no highlights. Hm, I wonder why that is...

Well, I'll admit I'm not very familiar with how adoptables work. Β
If you just mean chibified dragons with hairdos, then I suppose so. Β So long as there's no tracing, copying, or eyeballing of my exact drawings.
Since adoptables are about... selling the artwork and design for someone else to own, yes? Β I'd also prefer if it you don't take on these exact colors or hair styles.
