*There are things that I will not draw, either for lack of skill or just not feeling comfortable enough with the subject to portray it. Such examples include NSFW themes, gore...and I can't really draw animals that well. (Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking amIright?)
Commissions: Not at this time, unless I know you in real life and am certain you can pay me for services rendered. Same rules as the requests.
Art Trades: If I know you, sure! If I don't know you, I might need to think about it. o.o
Collabs: Again, ask.
While I ignore or give the generic "you're welcome" to being thanked for my choosing to fave someone's work, I'm not going to ban or block or whatever it is some are known to do.

Err...hi to you too? ((I'm sorry, your post just kind of came out of nowhere, considering we haven't actually spoken in a considerable amount of time.))
First and foremost, none of that "I'm too dumb to live" crap. Suicide, and suicidal ideations, does nothing less than piss me off. It's not, nor is it ever a viable option, and it's the coward's way out. So don't come randomly posting on my profile with anything like that, capiche?
I don't know you personally, all I know is that we had a conversation on one picture, so I don't know about your outside-of-the-internet life or anything like that. If I were to hazard a guess from what I've seen, you (Warning you now, I'm telling you what I see and not sugar-coating it) are obsessed with innocence, trying to force that opinion on others, desperate to keep the friends you do have by changing the person you are, and unable to let go of the past to move on. You also don't seem willing to listen to advice when it's given to you. Nothing wrong with regrets, we all have them, but you shouldn't be holding on to it so tightly that it ends up hurting you. (And I'm telling you, that's what you're doing.)
It's more than a bit fucked-up, and I don't think I'm the best person to talk to about it. I'm not sure why you came to me with this, and if I were able to help, then I certainly would. But I think you'd be better off getting professional help. I'm no professional, I'm just a college student.
