I think we all know the reason why they left her out of the Legend series. Β
Shit would have gotten ugly AF between her and Cynder. Β Given, the shipping wars are already quite ugly!

Activison ruined the game sooooo bad......... Elora should be with Spyro...... I wish they would have added her in the new games

Hmm... Makes me wonder too. She was a fairly important OC...
But I'm mainly guessing cause, rather than coming up with any cliche or silly romantic conflict, they only wanted to involve Cynder in the Legend of Spyro Trilogy for few reasons...
1) Since they changed Spyro, perhaps Activision was expecting some rage from people, but they wanted to make sure that the Legend of Spyro story is a different universe to the old Spyro games, hence why not including any more character's other than Spyro
2) adding too many females that had any relation with Spyro in the past = Moments of Romantic conflict of the purple dragon and many females...Perhaps they didn't want that kinda moment? =O
...Well, that's my thought.
