This artwork I actually started in 2010 as a scribble in paint. (wtf?) I restarted it in 2012 in Gimp, but for some reason, I only used only one layer and stopped at some point, because it was too dumb to work like this.
This was the Status I abandoned the artwork:

I restarted it last week (in paint tool sai 2) And it came out really great. I usually don't paint that way, I mostly draw and I didn't use any outlines here at all. I like it nonetheless.
I think this my most detailed artwork til now. I also started with the background and focused mostly on that. It pained ma to paint over the background, (the guy and the rain) but in the end, it looks better.
Also, on the WIP I wrote that this was based on the Song "Reise, Reise" from Rammstein. I actually can't see that anymore and this last version has most definitively nothing to do with that song, but it makes for a good title. lol
