For the last few days, Sam’s back had been itching a lot. She couldn't help herself but to scratch her back on anything that could relieve the itch. Because of this, she was irritated and grouchy all the time, snapping at people over the littlest things.

One day, she woke up itchless. While she was stretching, she managed to catch a glimpse of her reflection in the mirror. When she walked over to get a better look, she discovered that she had grown a pair of tiny back wings! Excited about her new limbs, she quickly ran out of her room to tell her friends at The Nook about them.
