Description
The morning was bright and beautiful just like her mood. Orabel couldn't wait to venture outside and hopefully drag her brother along. She lifted herself off of her bed and hurried to where her brother was at the time. He liked to sleep in odd places sometimes which usually took a bit for her to find him.

"Aktu, Aktu! Let's go to the beach," she said as she started to press her claws on his arm, shaking him gently.

"The beach?" he spoke tiredly. He always sounded as if he had no feelings. Monotonous and devoid of every emotion, "Why, so we can get salt all over us and have sand needlessly stuck in every possible spot, slowly driving us to insanity as the sun bakes us alive?"

"No, silly! So we can swim!" Orabel sang as she gave him a big hug after flopping on top him. "Get up, get up!"

"Seems like a terrible, horrible waste of the day, in which I shall experience every method of torture imaginable to wyngro-kind. I am overcome with excitement."

Orabel jumped up and down after climbing off of him, already bounding toward the door.

Feeling the sand beneath her feet, Orabel couldn't wait to get into the water. She ran as fast as she could before tripping and barreling into the waves. It didn't stop her from having fun, and she laughed as she dove under them. Lifting her head above the water she looked back to the shore to see her brother looking as miserable as he ever had and she shook her head as she chuckled before she made another dive. Orabel loved the water and loved knowing her brother was right there with her, even if he hadn't joined her in the water yet. She had so much energy that morning, after being in the cold water, that she swam as fast as she could to the shoreline, jumped out of the water and then turned to dive back in. Before she could do that however she stopped in her tracks before smiling really big. Orabel found a pretty shell and scooped it up in her claws. She made her way to Aktu before stopping before him and setting it in front of the boy.

"Look after this for me, will you? I'm going to ask our moms to make me a pretty hair pin!"
