Description
As promised, I'm posting up some of the doodles and sketches I've been doing over the course of a few months and from Christmas. I found it really nice to just draw and not worry about anything, and I'm petty proud of this, think I've improved!
I'm going to turn these various dragon designs into new characters I think :3

Sometimes I find it difficult to bring across character and personality in my drawings, so I'm glad I was able to in this one!
I imagined him being very stoic and determined, and he definitely looks stern and annoyed! haha ^^

i really like how you've captured form and depth as well as a feeling of space by putting the subtle tone to the background.
it's always nice to be able to draw something you really enjoy.

Thats what I've been aiming for, as a lot of my other work seems flat and lifeless :/
and textures have been giving me trouble as well ^^"
It really is, its really relieved a lot of my stresses of late!
I was also meaning to say, I'm so sorry for my despicable lack of correspondence with you recently. I've been menaing to get in touch again as I miss our conversations but I let myself sulk in my own problems for while, so its all been my fault. Sorry dude :/

hey, not to worry!
believe me i've been doing my own share of sulking, hence the slowing of my usual posting.
but it's as i always say, we do what we can as best we can.
i'm also liking that you just drew these in what ever you had available.
a true artist will create art one whatever's on hand.
the cavemen/cavewomen painted on the walls of their caves with berries and whatever else the could use for pigment.
you've made great progress and are still getting in touche with what you love that inspires you as an artist.
that's pure awesomeness in my book!

haha, to be honest I've fallen in love with sketching in biro pen! Its so sharp and elaxing knowing you can't change it if you do it wrong
