But are you sure about this blurry parts?
I mean your style is beautiful but it a bit hurts in eyes to see such big blurry part on the tail, I mean physical pain, so it can be a bit not comfortable for someone
Its just advice, do what you want, maybe try to blur it gently

you're actually the only person complaining about the blur, you might be really sensitive, it's just a way for you to say you hate the drawing, which i don't mind c:
but in art, the kind of thing that are likely to hurt the eyes are high pitched 3d effect and neon eyes bleeding colors on ocs.
i'd like you when you critisize me to know what you're talking about, i might had gone a bit too hard on the blur effect, maybe, but you dramatize it a little much, not that i don't take critisizm, but i want it to be done in a professional way, a way that tells me that the way i drew is wrong and how to fix it, not something that bothers you only,
just sayin' :V

IKR, the good thing with that program is that you can draw, animate, make comics and use 3d models for practice on anatomy and perspectives ! (iguessyouknowthatbynowhurhur)
anyways i highly recommend it over Photoshop !

Yep! ^v^ I have seen people saying is better than Photoshop because its cheeper and has all these assets! :3 + Clip Studio is made for drawing and Photoshop for editing photos! XD
