If you're also wondering why the heck is a "sea bird" an Ice-type and not a Water-Type,I have a good reason for that.In the story,the wolf infiltrates the house of bricks,but gets burnt by the boiling cauldron (which in my case,represents the Fire-type).Also,since he blows the houses down,wind is usually cold so it makes sense to make it an Ice-type.Oh and it's also an Ice-type since it's an arctic bird aswell lol.

And with the conclusion of this evolution,this seadog can knock down brick walls (which contradicts the story >,<).

This pokemon's been known to knock down buildings with a single gust of wind.It's eerie cry is heard when it hunts down it's prey,on land or in the waters.
Origin of Name:Wolf+Fowl/Foul=Wulfowl.
Based on:A puffin and wolf.Also based on the final segment of The 3 Little Pigs story where the wolf can't blow the bricks down.(Ironically,this fakemon can blow them down.)
