In case anyone is wondering who this is a redesign of, its actually a fully remade version of one of my first post on Deviantart. I even decided to name Lincoln's superhero persona after what he is based off of. I'll leave it to you where I got the name Talon from. As for how he got these abilities, I won't fully explain until sometime in the future.
