The fiery blaze of the sun and the pale light of the and moon cascade down over the still mountainside as days come and go with the waning and waxing months. Two stone fingers on opposite sides of the earth are once graced by the twin dragon oracles. She of the most majestic blues and greens rivaled the sea in her everlasting power. He bearing the colors most prized by the sun, the pure white light of the truth that it tried to shed on the world as well as violet in honor of the night to come. Both dragons bore messages from the gods for those peoples of the world who would but listen. Each sentinel held fast not by any power the gods wielded over them but out of love for one another. Though our ears have grown weak and most no longer hear their calls, it is still said that when time has breathed its last and the final grain of sand falls through the hourglass the night and day will rise as one and the oracle dragons will be reunited to revel in the magic of love once more.
