Starrk= Wolf (Love his Fur!)
Barragan= Dodo skeleton (Love his Design!)
Halibel= Black Wildebeest
Ulquiorra= Cheetah
Nnoitra= Crocodile
Grimmjow= Jaguar
Zommari= Softshell Turtle
Szayel= Flamingo
Aaroniero= Giant Squid
Yammy= African Elephant (in the background because he's too large)
Pain= Lion
Konan= Impala
Tobi= Meerkat
Kisame= Blue Shark
Sasori= Leopard
Itachi= Mongoose
Zetsu= Hyena
Deidara= Maned Wolf
Hidan= Komodo Dragon (wonder where he's standing)
Kakuzu= Griffon Vulture

Espada. The Akatsuki may have Kakazu and Hidan, but they have nothing on hollows. Those two wouldn't last against a Gran Rey Cero to the hearts.
