I'm not sure how much I should spoil, but something good did happen with Kenpachi that a lot of fans wanted to see, although, we have yet to see him in action after the Unohana fight.  I recommend not giving up on Bleach just yet.  As frustrating as parts of it are, there's also a lot of good happening.

Alessa= Evil Little black-haired Girl who created Silent Hill
Alma= Evil little black-haired Girl who can melt people with her thoughts alone
Sadako= Evil little black-haired Girl who crawls out of TV sets and kills people who watch movies.

All of them have their hair draped over their face, are ghosts and look scary. Like Unohana

Also, this was a mistake on my side. F.E.A.R. from which Alma hails; and SIlent Hill, Alessa's home, are games which I can never play because I don't own a Playstation (Or whatever they need to be played). And Sadako is from the 'Ring' Movies.
