Description
This is Victas, as the title says, the father of Vivian the Witch/Gypsy dragoness.

700 years after The Story of the Destined ends, the continent it's set on (called Fenton) changes climate over the years. Victas lives on what used to be The Freezing Plains, it thawed out over the years and a small village was built called Glisten, a reminder of the grass as it once was after a blizzard.

Glisten became the caretaker of the shrine dedicated to Emily of the Destined, a place that many dragons made pilgrimages to in the past in honour of the legendary heroes, but since became abandoned as the old stories became forgotten and only learned by those that took an interest. Victas is one such dragon that knows of the stories and passed them down to his children.

Victas fell from the village's faith when it was discovered that he and his wife Selena had Vivian, who has no wings. This was deemed a bad omen and the village's superstitious mayor ordered Victas to drown her. Victas refused and made an enemy of him, very few of the villagers stayed by his side and supported him and the family, many were told to stay away from them, but regardless Vivian was able to go out but never to stray from a family member. Vivian often prayed to the statue of Emily in the shrine, hoping for a chance of a more fair life.

Victas' design has echoes of Revilo's design, so maybe he's a distant descendant! Though Victas isn't the sort to research that, so it could be true but he'd never know. But you can also see that Vivian inherited Victas's hair colour and horns!
