Well a lot of amazing couples have never met in canon. Really the choices for Mighty would be limited to comic book characters only, like Sally, Amy and Julie-Su since those are the only girls I remember him interacting with, and as for Sonia the choices would really be Knuckles, Raphi, Stripes and Bartleby since those are the only guys around her age that she actually interacted with from what I remember. x'D
There aren't a lot of options if you only stick to characters who have met.
