So, in a fit of madness I agreed to take a wolf commission. There were 5 commissioned, but these two were my favorites. They were supposed to be a really simple design, much smaller and cutesy and more compact, but I tend to go a bit overboard sometimes and put way more into some projects than I originally plan. And I wonder why I never have time for anything but work anymore...My hands don't seem to like making dogs. Every dog (or wolf) I make tries reeeeeally hard to turn into a fox for some reason. I think the wolves still came out a bit foxy, but they got better as I progressed through the 5 of them.
I don't wanna make anymore wolves for a while. And I apologize to anyone that ever asked me to make them a wolf and I said no. It was the madness I tell ya!

I'd love to have my shepard coyote mix & my naked rat made into a set! Do you think such a thing would be possible? and how much would it roughly cost?

Amazing! How did you get such smooth lines and no fingerprints? Did you use any specific tools or just freehand?

It's mostly just freehand. I have tools but I don't use them much. I've been sculpting for almost 10 years now, so it really just comes down to practice.

Pretty good, I would have made them bulkier, they look kinda like huskies, as well as smaller ears. I want to say the legs should be thinner and the paws smaller, but then I think it would look more realistic than cutesy. But I don't think they look like foxes :3 Their muzzles would have had needed to be smaller and their tails more smooth and large.

Yeah. They need more fluff around their necks. They are a little too sleek, but like I said I don't really like making dog-types

Eee, I know you said you really don't like to, but I so love it when you make canines! <3 <3 <3 These guys are adorable, they really don't look fox-like to me either. I love the brown one the most, his colors are beautiful.

Thanks! I don't mind the occasional dog/wolf. My biggest issue is as soon as I make a dog/wolf thing I get TONS of requests for them. I do send people your way a lot though cuz I know you love making them

Aww, these are so sweet. The big fat paws and the big heads make them so adorable. I think maybe the fox that's coming through is from the big ears? Cause the rest seems pretty good to me.
