Having picked up a trainload of employees for Norfolk Southerns steam excursions in Altoona, NKP765 charges forward by Alto tower in Altoona, PA in a dramatic display of smoke.Nearly the entire month of May was a steam fans dream with NS running deadheads, public excursions, and employee excursions with NKP765. I myself spent nine days chasing this steam engine. Yeah...it was a good month.

I love this shot the only thing that looks out of place is the van to the left.
