I'm reminded of a presentation I once saw from an actress that visited a small village in Uganda. She showed me the whole town had one toilet in it - no walls around the toilet. It was just the toilet and a small tarp over it held up by poles. The tarp didn't completely cover the toilet, anyone nearby could see everything.
