Honestly these dA categories are ridiculous.I've been working on since what? June? July?
I've been lazy.
I can honestly see where my shading has improved, comparing the "older" buildings to the "newer" ones.
He needs a background. Desperately. I've been confused about how to go about that since I started.

Good job, especially on the skyscrapers. For a background, I imagined something like a night sky with the city lights as the lightsource.
