Here's that red dragon I've been talking about. Crusade came out tons better than I could of hoped. Little-Ash-Hey drew the line art for the icon and I got it colored. I'm glad she did it because it looks great.I was planning to make Crusade a pure fire type but, nah. He's a volcanic dragon meaning he a mix of fire and ground having a little bit of each power. He's more fire than ground though.
Crusade is also now my tallest and heaviest Mobian based character taking the place from Crisis by a small mark.

Sorry for the late reply. I've been spending a bit of time on the online version of Pokemon TCG and haven't been on DA much right now.

When you had said you were gonna use Feralla's old wing design, I actually thought you had meant the way you drew them with the jagged wings 
His colours suit perfectly for a dragon with the natural fire element, just wanna hope his fur/hair is fire proof. I love those glowing patterns on him and the shading you've done is fantastic
i cannot remember the difference between Eastern and Western dragons, so I think I'm gonna have to look that up
Overall I really like this character and hope to see him more in your gallery, and I'm glad I could help you out with the logo, even if it didn't fit behind him

Ya, I tried it but, I didn't go with it in the end. I was intending to but, didn't happen.
I guess his hair is fire proof because he's not bald yet 
Eastern is Chinese dragon and Western is what Feralla and Crisis are. I had to ask Sonnie so I didn't know either.

There's only so many wing shapes and that one had been in my mind for a long time.
If I think of a unique icon design I'll tell you. My brother had the idea of the symbols on his legs to be his Ground type icons, while the arms are the Fire. If you even made a line art, I would make that the case.

That is something to consider though I'm not at all good at male attire. Only issue is I'd hate to cover any of him up. I'm more than open to ideas if you have some.
I'm also going to start making dragon characters for adopt. I mainly just enjoy drawing them but, why not make some money too. Axe-Cell told me about a video game with a lot of dragons. I've gotten a lot of ideas from his suggestion.

Unique and very cool design !
I love the color scheme that he has going on here especially. Fits very well for his elemental powers. The markings are also a cool idea in design. I really want to draw him someday to be honest. He somewhat reminds me of Ruby, because being a Fire based dragon and the fact that he can control the earth around him, Ruby was actually meant to bend earth as an element when a lot older and fully experienced, which comes along as a new power.

He is a bit like Ruby in some ways. I was thinking about drawing an image with Crusade, Ruby and Feralla since they're all fire types. Really glad you like him. He seemed like a character you would like and I was hoping you did.

Ah, so we finally get to see the bully and... love interest of Crisis? 
The effects of his patterns are pretty well done, I'll say~ It's oddly similar to Crisis's, though Crusade's patterns are more recogniseable for the Element that he wields, and how he looks like a great bonfire in the middle of a cave– //slapped

Former bully, he's really nice now. Actually Death-Adder and Crusade are the exact same weight
The icons were much different in my first idea but he was going to have yellow glowing patterns for sure.
You may find it interesting that Crusade is a mild mix of character inspirations. His horns are based on a concept of Artemisia's. The spikes on his cheeks are similar to Ruby's, and his wings are based on the digital image of Feralla that Ashy drew many years back. The fur on his tail looks like Artemisia's but, that was pre-planned and a coincidence .

Really now? Didn't express your need for a more... natural looking pattern on his body, rather than something that resembles a tattoo? That's what I'd think if I encountered this heck of a giant. Only the ones on the side of his body and down his tail are agreeable, since I've taken down countless dragons in the past– //slapped
Yeah, I read the mix-breed thing, and it doesn't take a specialist long to identify which part of him comes from which. Though... I am rather surprised that you have taken a number of inspirations for him.

I went for an iconic pattern choice this time. He's part Chinese, those guys can have crazy decals. I just randomly came up with some symbols. I liked one enough so ask Ashy to make a quick line art of one form. He's no that big is he? He's only and inch over Crisis and not too far above Gravage.
A slap will not cover it! He will burn you for harming his comrades! 
It's more of a coincidence than anything. The horn concepts were by me anyway so not sure if they count as inspired. Indeed he is my character

Not necessarily all the time, as far as I can tell you. As a Chinese myself, I think that the Gothic Victorian architecture are more elaborate with their design and patterns and what-not, when it comes to cathedrals, castles and aqueducts!

You don't say~ That one is the Scarlet King of Wyverns in that game. Always troublesome with his poisonous talons, aerial attacks (since there's no such as flight for players in that game), and tag team attacks with his wife, but the hunts on him and its wife are always fun, nonetheless.
