I had a commission done for Cynthia and Crisis. I loved Cynthia's the most and decided it was too good not to shade. I really like how it turned out. She has a great stile for my type of shading.

I've gotten better with shading so I'd be interested in shading some of yours. I found out why I had trouble with yours sometimes. When you draw some for shading, have the background transparent and in flat color. All transparent and just the lines works too.

I'm all for glowing lights on characters.
Cynthia is the first character I made with permanent glow. My first reptile, Crisis glows when she uses nuclear abilities.

Cynthia is kinda her opposite or aftermath type since she radioactive.

Fabulous work with the shading! Though it's light in most areas it does a wonderful job of describing the object. I particularly like around her lower rib cage and metacarpals of her hand. Awesome!

Thank you. You noticed the same thing I did. The head and torso looks the best to me. I feel like I need to a new lineart style.
I can tell she has trouble with Cynthia's tail. Then again, it was a quick sketch so she probably didn't want to bother with the hundreds of spines and lights on her tail.

Playing around with different line arts is fun. Some really go with good with color styles while others do not. (learned that the hard way
