It's really funny sometimes, but most of the time is annoying, because I keep in mind that they're to make characters believeable.

This is one of the reasons I got mods - changes "incapable of" to "hated work types" giving mood debuffs, and penalties after doing that work type for too long. Helps in a pinch.

I would love a mod that adds a 'brain scrambler' or something - so you can toss useless non-hauling non-violent pawns into them and just basically reroll their personalities (not necesarily their skills though)
