First of all,I hate how in 'Road To El Dorado' Tulio gives Chel a flower at some point. Why? Because I am a SLASH lover that's why! Here's a hint for ya:
Chel+Tulio=LUST
Tulio+Miguel=LOVE
Anyways,I was bored,so I decided to make Tulio give the flower to Miguel instead. Good-bye Chel!

I have a question for me, if you'll sate my curiosity.
I don't hate slash pairings, I know lots of people who enjoy them, and I'm alright with them. My question is why you insist that this is canon when in fact you really have no solid proof that it is. Your only real logic is that "it's canon because I say it is".
Doesn't make much for an argument, I'd wager.
Anyways, just wanted to ask. Take it as you will.

In the original script, Miguel and Tulio where a couple. They where DESIGNED to be a couple. But just at the very end of it, the EP decided the audience isn't open minded enough so they deleted certain scenes. But that doesn't change the fact that they were designed to be together.
I'm not really a fan of just pairing up random characters when they have nothing to do with each other, but Miguel and Tulio aren't together in the movie only because some guy decided there are too many homophobes in the world, not because they aren't meant to be together. The pairing is pretty canon.

I'm sorry, but you don't have any proof. Every single piece of 'proof' you've shown is simply you interpreting it based solely on assumptions.
I see nothing different, what I see is a strong friendship between two men who are like brothers.
