I'm going with Kootenay on this one, this is a Meadow Pipit. www.mbaker.co.uk/images/Local%…

The markings around the eyes match, as well as the streaking toward the tail, and the leg colour. Looking at the beak, there is also no evidence of a black tip or edge that would point more toward a Black Throated Thrush. Also the streaking is not spotting, ruling out Song Thrush.
