Description I had an idea for these last night and I couldn't resist drawing them. These are fakemon based on old-timey vaudeville characters. I really hope you like the idea, and as always, they are free for you guys to use however you want. The evolved forms were designed in a double-elemental triangle. Dark/Grass which beats Psychic/Water, which beats Fighting/Fire, which continues the pattern.

Ragtot (Ragtime + Tot):
"The Street Urchin Pokemon"
The Eevee of this family, at level 10, Ragtot will evolve into one of the three other pokemon. If it's a female, it will automatically evolve into Coralesque, otherwise, a male Ragtot will evolve into Smelterweight during the day or Dastardleaf at night. Ragtot is a Normal-type Pokemon. For now, I can't really think of any original abilities for it to have, so it would probably be something generic like Scrappy.

Coralesque (Coral + Burlesque):
"The Entertainer Pokemon"
Coralesque is a Psychic/Water type and evolves from a female Ragtot when it reaches level 10.
I can't think of an original ability for this one yet, so for now she'd probably have Cute Charm.
Coralesque was the last one I came up with a name and an image for, but I made her to be the damsel in distress that Dastardleaf could easily tie to the railroad tracks, or the manipulative vixen that can easily undermine the honorable Smelterweight. I tried not to make her too racy, and basically just designed a burlesque-ish water-themed Gardevoir. If that makes any sense.

Smelterweight (Smelter + Welterweight):
"The Strongman Pokemon"
Smelterweight is a Fighting/Fire type that evolves from a male Ragtot when it reaches level 10 during the day.
Original Ability: "Flareknuckle Boxing" - All of this Pokemon's physical attacks have a 10% chance of giving an opponent Burn status.
I definitely had the most fun with Smelterweight, and this is definitely my favorite design out of the three. He fits into the formula by being too honorable and overconfident to be any real threat to the type-superior Coralesque, but he is always ready to standup to and destroy the machinations of the type-inferior Dastardleaf. Plus, his handlebar mustache is on fire!

Dastardleaf (Dastardly + Leaf):
"The Villain Pokemon"
Dastardleaf is a Dark/Grass type that evolves from a male Ragtot when it reaches level 10 at night.
Original Ability: "Beanstalking" - When this Pokemon is switched out of a battle, any Pokemon it was previously fighting has a 10% chance of becoming Poisoned.
Dastardleaf was the first one I came up with a name for, but I ran into a few dead-ends when I was drawing him. I'm pleased with the results, though. He is meant to be the cliche dastardly antagonist that always puts the damsel, such as Coralesque, in distress, but always loses to the heroics of heroes like Smelterweight.

I really love how these all fell into place so perfectly, and I was glad I was able to do a double-triangle with all of the different types. Enjoy!

The concept is great, and I like the logic behind each of their typings.

The design's are great though I think the clothes look somewhat awkward on pokemon. (Then again Jynx along with certain fightinh types seem to break that rule anyways).

Yeah, I remember I kept second-guessing their designs as pokémon because of the clothes, but I kept rationalizing it because of certain other humanoid pokémon that already existed. In any case, these were really fun to draw. Thank you very much!

This is such a fantastically strange idea that I just have to leave a comment - awesome stuff! I particularly like Dastardleaf. And the burning handlebar mustache. Can't say no to a burning handlebar mustache. Cool idea, and well executed, too!
