(Power Rangers vs. Ultraman)
After looking up how Zedd went from one of Zordon's race...into what he is, thanks to , I did realized a similar tokusatsu villian with a similar backstory, and speaking vs community wise...seems slightly better than Belial vs. Drakkon in a way. Sure it's not Memelord Skeletor...but it is a clash of old vs new in tokusatu's greatest villains, especially if there's a kaiju royale in a sense.

Connections:
Both are villians are were once great examples of heroes(Zedd was the mentor of Zordon, Belial was once a ultraman) who due to their Greed and ambition, strived for more power, leading to a failed attempt to steal a power source(Zeo Crystal for Zedd; Plasma Spark for Belial)
Said failed attempted lead to exile and a bad case of body horror(Zedd having his body turned inside out; Belial being possessed by an alien reyblood)
Both are known to use/summon monsters and can grow kaiju-size. Both also wield staffs (Z-Staff to Giga Battlenizer)
Are also the recurring villians in future series to boot.
