EDIT :: Fixed some shit that people pointed out. c:This was for practice with perspective and experimenting with more of a painted style. I don't know if I like it or not, maybe I'll do some doodles and see what coloring style I like best.

OMG! You can make this a really awesome game! i love how you feel you are in the drawing, its so realistic. and also i really like that girl shes cute with the red hair, this might not be so original, but it sure is amazing!!!! i can see it so clearly and your technique is beautiful. the girl there looks like " im a but scared... and i hear something downstairs..." but at the same time its " you gonna come up or not?" But yea i love how it takes place on some stairs and its really creepy. love it!

First of all, I would like to compliment you on the grim atmosphere given by this piece. It quite frankly spooked me out of my wits upon seeing it. The girl peeking out of the thick surrounding darkness is just beautifully done. I also want to say the composition of this piece is beautiful as well; everything seems to be placed where it needs to be and in good balance.
The perspective is incredibly admirable; the stairs look very nice and I often find them to be a rather big challenge myself.
However, the first point I would like to make is the value. The lights and darks, that is. From first glance, I had the impression her face was completely black and saw no sense of her features at all. I had to lean in to see this. The contrast/value tends to be similar in the entire piece, making things blend from afar. I would suggest maybe trying to toy a little more with lights and darks so that even when squinting you can clearly see where light and dark is.
This is also an issue where her (our left) arm is placed. I at first thought her arm had morphed into the railing itself; perhaps either altering the shape of her hand to better refine it's position or actually positioning her entire arm and hand elsewhere would solve this.
Altogether, this is very beautiful and fascinatingly creepy. Nice work, Draw! B)

Why hello Viet.
Still working with lighting and such, so it's good you pointed it out. I did however fuck around with some photo shop filters and may have made it a bit too dark. I find it a bit hard to tell on this computer because it makes lighted parts amazingly bright for some reason. I will lighten it up a bit and hopefully it will be a bit easier to see. I'll try and fix the hand too, as I see what you mean with the railing morphing into it.

Wow Draw!
This is excellent, i have to say like always!
Now, the first thing that catches my eye when i look really close is her heel. To me, it looks like her heel is popping out a bit, but i could be wrong, that's just how i personally see it.
Now her hair is very nice, the colors match with the background quite nicely, but what bothers me just a bit is since shes tilting, one and shes looking down in the picture correct? If so, i think her hair should look more natural when flowing down, other then that its beautiful. Also, her legs, was she walking up the stairs so that her right leg is facing forward, but when she went to lean in her left leg shifted a bit? if so i love that a lot. Your perspective improved a lot. I also think since there is a light right above her head, it should reflect more at the top of her head, right?
Other that that this is a lovely piece, the atmosphere is a depressing scary feel to it, just like always. I love your background and this overall! Great work Draw ♥

The heels actually supposed to be her ankle bone, but I may have made it a bit large, I will go and fix this. I agree with the hair, It was meant to look more on a perspective but I dunno what happened. I'll add a bit more lighting to the top of her head as well. There was at one point but I painted over it and kinda left it.
