About 6 hours.

Could have been 5 hours or less had I drawn and animated it in Flash, but I wanted to try animating Photoshop layers.

I figured it wouldn't take that long since the movement would be minimal, so might as well, right?

Most of the complex animation is the fire hair, which was also a great chance to practice frame-by-frame.
