Honesty this is not a mutually a deviantART problem. Sites like YouTube and Twitter also have a vague terms and surface that can be left up to multiple interpretations. And it's obvious that admins don't always enforce it equally.

Sadly had to delete some Raven stuff, which according to this weird Tweet by Cartoon Network, She is 18. Meaning Raven is Fair game.... to has as a waifu without being criticized about her age
