After Linkara helped Kamandi snuff out that big threat, he went home to celebrate with a big meal. Unfortunately, while he was gone, a past enemy (cloaked so nobody can figure out who) had loaded his entire food supply with such a large quantity and variety of drugs, it cause him to see what this title card shows. After seeing how beeped up Linkara was from all the drugs, the past enemy snuck out, cackled over a seemingly successful attempt at revenge for burning that character's comic.
