The Goat's just The Goat. Mrs. Pumpkin's Comical Dream is just a Vocaloid video so that's his only appearance. In fact, the reason I requested him is because I've seen Mrs. Pumpkin fan art with Jack (the guy with the pumpkin head) in it but I've yet to see any fan art with The Goat in it and He's my favorite part! ("The Goat is plotting. Accept it. Accept it."
