Description
This is a picture of a character that I made quite a while ago, but never got around to actually drawing him. I had attempted doodles off him in the past, but he just never looked right to me.

Now I think I've done him justice. This is Nexus, aspect of deceit, born in the deepest reaches of space, created, from the matter that resides inbetween galaxies, by his master, dimension, with the intent to manipulate and weave plans so that events would fall into the proper place.

As his name suggests, he is a schemer and manipulator. He plans his actions with incredible foresight and poise, where whole events would trigger years after his actions, just as expected and right on schedule. This characteristic also makes him a dangerous combination of pretentious, egotistical, and ambitious. But dimension is wary of this, and weaves his own shadows so that Nexus doesn't always have the upper hand, a necessary evil in the grand scheme of things.

Nexus has the uncanny ability to warp his body into nearby shadows, completely blending in, and becoming able to move from one location to another instantaneously. This ability has allowed him to evade danger and utter defeat numerous times in the past, allowing him to be the longest standing resident of earth (where most aspects don't last past a century, Nexus has remained on earth for tens of thousands of years, and has been the catalyst to many events in history).

I chose the name "Nexus" for him because it means to be at the "core" or "beginning" of, which fits his persona.
