Ah... Gardevior is probably one of the most drawn pokemon on deviant second probably to pikachu and the eeveelutions and the appearance looks similar to a toy pokemon from the pokemon rumble series or a plushie purhaps. It is widely different from most gardevior I've seen on the site (a good take on the design). The area around the neck still has the green from the hair however (as if her hair connects to her neck) and i'm not sure if you meant it but the dress like appearance seems to have disappeared from the front instead of flowing out of the way. The facial pattern is on point and the chest peice is actually on point which is something most gardevior designs tend to make too big or too small. Shading is excellent but the shading of the lower leg is different for each leg. The picture itself is pretty good overall though.

This is an adorable piece. If I was forced to critique, I would say that the outline on the chest thing is a little thick, especially with the outlines around it, especially for the part connected to Gardevoir.
