Yea, this one is really really running late. A commission from before the newer commissions DXanyway, here is the sketch. Let me know the changes you need made to the character.
Things that I normally don't change: tail length. I understand many tails are shorter than I draw them, it's just my style.

i was looking at this (still). XD And I just wanted to say I really like the way you drew the face and hair. c: I also like his little hands. XD But I like hands and feet in general. The way you draw them, they're just so cute. The one thing I wanna point out though, is the angle you have him is like. . well a slight underview. However, assuming his tails are side by side, you have the one closest to us futher down. It makes it look like his tails are ontop of eachother, you know what i mean? I think i'd switch it. have the one closer to us higher up you know? and the other one furhter down. i dont make much sense, sorry 3:

I don't like the wings on him.....I guess I just don't want wings on him <^/.\^>;; his ears look funny and they lay back all the way. they can't go up that high. and try making his mouth a little shorter and more round, like a how a horsey's mouth rounds out. and his tails, but you can keep them long if you want
I like long tails as well.....<9/.\9> but everyone has them so I made mine all short and fat <^/.\^>....hope that helps you forgot his gloves and the one line on his muzzle

when you critique someone, it's nice to say something you like first so it doesn't sound so rude. actually, it's usually best to point out two likes for each dislike. whether or not you're paying for it.
